I haven't had a chace to install this yet - I have been using Intellisync with my T3. Before I go thru the hassle of changing over, I have a couple cof questions:
1. Does the conduit sync the additional address fields to Outlook properly?
2. Is there any access to map the Custom fields in the address book to Outlook?
3. I have heard that the conduit is trashing the tagged note fields that Datebk5 uses to store category and icon information. Anybody experienced this?
TIA

The Outlook conduit works very well for me and supports also all new fields.
You can also specify the user fileds for the contacts and the priority of the phone numbers.
Working with Outlook sync has never been so easy and is much better now, thanks to the categories in calender and additional contact fields.

Well I tried the Palm outlook conduits after about 6 years of using Packetmirror and found that virtually all my entries got marked as private in DB5 which means most of them are now masked (as that is the security setting I use).
so I spending spare moments trawling through my calendar and unmarking them as private...
Oh and I have also returned to using Pocket Mirror!
Unhappy? you betcha!

WOW! That's exactly what I was trying to avoid:( Does Pocket Mirror support the new fields?
I just got an email from PumaTech (makers of Intellisync) and are about to release a new version (next month-5.3) which does NOT include T3 support. They MAY release an update after this one which includes T3 support; if not, it will be in the next version 5.4, slated for Q1 2004:(
I tried PM when I first got my T2 but gave up on it because I couldn't get it configured right :( IF PM handles the additional fields, I'm going try it again. The heck with Intellisync! I've been using it since 1996 and it STILL doesn't have category support:mad:
