Anybody upgraded from a T665?

Can you post your impressions and reviews. The T3 is actually $100 (CAD$) cheaper than when I originally bought my T665. I'm trying to decide if I should upgrade now or wait for the next onslaught of handhelds.

How's the MP3 quality? Does the lack of a Jog Dial bother you at all?

You may want to check out Tanker Bob's site. He just made the switch.

As Vidge mentioned, I migrated from a T665C to the T3. My review on PDA Avenue uses the Sony as a point of comparison. It should help you. Although I upgraded because my T665C had an accident, I think that it's well worth the price for the T3. You just have to be patient for the software to catch up to the new hardware.

I miss my jog dial, even though the 5 way navigator's actually more useful. To think of it, the new Sony TJ series are actually similiar to Palm's D-Pad. The Jog dial's no longer at the side, it's now placed in front where the user is able to scroll up and down, probably select at the same time! Probably like Palm, holding down the select button for a few seconds would be 'back' on a Sony, that's why the new TJ series don't have a 'Back' button

By the way, how fast does the 'back' button send you back?

LOL dmxmd... Wow, Tankerbob as a junior member!!! I love it, I give him a few hours to redeem his senior status. How are you liking your T3 Tankerbob?

no, I'm serious. I have to press the button on the T|T for about a second or two to get from an app back to home (which in that case was ZLauncher)
