Been using my UX50 along with my T610 very happily for the past few weeks, but as of a couple days ago for some unkown reason, i cant send out SMS from the UX50 anymore. It's strange, i can receive the SMS fine as they come in. Just cant send out.
Tried, resetting, reinstalling the Sony-ET610.prc, switching around to Generic GSM in the connections pref several times, all no good...
any one else see this happening? and what can i do about it?
Strange - never had that problem. I do not
recall seeing it in the threads either. I would try messaging
one of the more experienced members. Try justanoob
or anybody else with more than 500 posts...
good luck!

What error message are you getting, if any.
I use Generic GSM, Live in Europe (Sweden). I have UX50 and SE T610. When I send out SMS I have to use the following formats
on the numbers.
[A normal cell nr is like this: 070-1234567]
(A) +46701234567
or
(B) 00461234567
Unless I use (A) or (B) methods I cant send anything. One more funny thing is that if I use any of the chars Å,Ä or Ö (swedish chars) I can send a SMS to another T610 but a Nokia 8210 only gets error mess when he opens the SMS.
Hope this helps
Have you tried turning the phone off? sometimes that works...

True. I had the same problem recently while using funSMS. It will fetch new SMS but won't sent. Came out with error message: Wrong Message Center, Overload MC etc.
I turned out my mobile and turned it back on, and problem went away...
Cheers.

Of course!!! The problem I don't think is in the message, I think it is in the connection between the UX50 and the SE T610, they are not communicating! At least this is my belief!
