writing this on my new clie via wireless which is very cool. l tried to get aol to workbut i can't get it to work as my.mac screenname is to long! Any ideas, btw decuma rules:)

I can't help with your specific problem, but I too got a brand new TJ37 today and I can't wait to get it up and running. I'm going to get Missing Sync installed first though.

I believe so, based on what I've heard about MS over the years. I've used both a T415 and a T615c without MS for over two years but I'd like the capability to mount the memory stick as a drive on my OS X desktop and this is just one of the things MS will let me do. I can also integrate with iTunes and iPhoto as well. I already have an iPod so I really don't need the mp3 capabilities, but it's there if I ever do want it. Basically, I convinced myself that I'm getting a low-end digital camera that will also work as an address book, scheduler, and will run programs.

you dont need missing sync to mount the memory stick you can do that with the clie, and yes missing sync is fab, but any other syncing programmes seem to overwrite the settings so sync things like avantgo through wifi internet rather than hotsync

the only other thing that is annoying me is trying to register my clie was bought in the us and i live in the uk and i cant register in the us cos i dont have a us address or register in the uk as its a different serial number.

how am i going to get my free copy of documenst to go that im entitled to???

i asked sony but as of yet have had no response!!

I can't hotsync my new tj37 in my G4, i have the palm desktop 4.2.1 version and the missing sync for clie. Please help me.
Maybe you could tell me how you installed it.

I've done that, where did you downloaded the palm desktop, cos in palmOne i must choose a palm model(tungsten, zire, etc.).But which one i need to download?
