I've had my SJ30 for a little over 2 months and I have had no problems up until now. This afternoon I depressed my back button and nothing happened. It seems to be a little more recessed then I remember. I used my stylus to pressed it in and still no luck. Has anyone else had a problem such as this? I contacted Sony customer service and was shuffled around a bit. After about half and hour I decided to hang up and try again tomorrow.
