The trial of MoHiSpeed ran well on my Cingular S56 / UX50 combination. But I registered it and in a week it stopped working. I've reinstalled, I've sent queries to their support at palmsupport@novamedia.de. Support asked for the logs and then theorized that maybe Cingular changed something... and never updated the program or responded further. I've queried them on this politely about once a week since then, never getting a response.
Anybody got any idea what could be wrong? And how can we get companies to stand behind their software or update it when it breaks?
