Upgrading 5mcc ?

I currently own 5mcc 2001 version, does anyone own the 2003 version and if so is it worth to upgrade?

not much difference in what i can tell; i'm still using the original 2000 version. i recommend spending your money instead on the clinical medicine consult. MUCH more detailed and pertinent easy to understand information. since i have it i hardly look at 5mcc.

The only difference between 5mcc 2002 and 2003 is that 2003 has pictures for certain diseases.

having both the 5MCC and Pepid MD, i can say that investing your money into buying Pepid would be much more useful than upgrading your 5MCC. Pepid is more thorough and up to date. you subscribe each year (or each half year if you like), so you get updates several times ayear.
