i have Pepid MD, 5MCC, Johns Hopkins Abx Guide, & epocrates (free version). i use Pepid and epocrates many, many times a day in my primary care practice. i hardly ever open the other programs, although i have found them to be useful from time to time.

p.s. i also have ABG pro, med calc, and the breast cancer risk calc. i have not used these much at all, but heck, they were free! the ABG pro and med calc would probably come in handy for inpatient work

The one I use the most is Drugguide from Skyscape. Also Bdicty, Decoder, and Drips. I have lots of others but use them only once in a while.

Physician's Drug reference--all of these were bought before I switched back to Palm. Epocrates was not available for free for the PPC so I bought this drug ref.

I use the dictionary all the time because I am still learning the lingo and keep forgetting terms. I also like 5mcc and ISilo. PEPID is good but I don't always find everything in there I want. I am not sure if I will renew it--it is an annual subscription and kind of high for a student compared to 5mcc/Harrision's/others that do not expire.

ePocrates is hard to beat since it is free and updated everyday. I use it daily as well although sometimes the drug I am asked about is not in there and I have to fallback on PEPID or the other drug reference.

I'm a fan of Tarascon as well...runs off the memory stick (although, mine's in RAM so I don't run into the problem of not having enough RAM free to open the database), in color.

Anyone know how much they're going to sell it for when it goes full?

What the heck is ePossum ? I have tried out or at least heard of most of the other apps listed above but this is a new one to me.
