While testing my battery yesterday, I took about 30 pics, then deleted them. Later, I was checking my system files, and noticed that the camera (apparently) had made an album page for every one of those pics! The album pages were empty, of course, but the files were there nonetheless. It all took up about 8 k of space, not a lot, but if you don't know it's doing that, you could eventually have a lot of space devoted to empty album pages. Anyone else notice this?

mine pulled some similar weirdness, although not as bad. I took 2 pictures then deleted them and one remained. When I went to delete it it said it didn't exist and then when I cleared out of the camera app it was gone. SO mine worked itself out. Maybe urs crossed signals between delete and put in album. You should try backing everything up and then doing a soft or hard reset to see if it happens again.

Thanks, Ark.

I'm wondering if it was because I had an album saved in Clie Album, with 2 photos in it. It seems the camera wanted to just dump all the pics I took into that album automatically. Would be a nice feature if you could tell it you wanted it to do that or not. Anyway, I deleted the album and I'm going to see if it happens with the album gone.

I had the same thing happen with the picture remaining after I deleted it. Went away when I exited camera, turned of the CLie, and then went back into camera.

Guess we gotta love it, quirks and all.....
