I've tried to purchase an upgrade to Agendus 8 four times in two days. Each time, the order system shows an error and tells me to contact customer service.
I've yet to hear from Iambic. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you logged into "my iambic" page when you begin the upgrade process? No, I have not had any upgrade order processing problems at all. In fact, Iambic has a feature I wish more vendors had regarding "Device ID Specific" software registration. If you get a new PDA (replacement or new better one) you can register a new Device ID instantly without delay and/or human intervention, receiving your unlock code immediately. ;)

Are you running any kind of firewall ? Try to turn it off for the time you place your order. I had similar problem and this was the solution.

thanks for the advice. I am logged into my personal iambic page (which includes my device id, etc).
Also, as far as I know there is no firewall issue. I've made similar purchases dozens of times. Perhaps the issue has to do with Iambic's system at the intervals I tried to make a purchase. Once I hear back from Iambic, I'll post their response.
