Full Screen Theme

I downloaded some ZLauncher theme but why are they not full screen? the picture would be in the middle. did I do anything wrong?

I used PictureGear to convert the pictures at I used 320x320
I have T615C. What did I do wrong?

Full screen backgrounds need to be 320x480.
