All right, I know Wondersilk is the newest craze...and man if I had an NX, I'd be all over it. BUT I don't...I've got a lowly NR, and would love to see some new VG skins that I can use. Maybe I'll try learning how to skin on my own...

(then again, maybe I should stick to trying to graduate from medical school...)

Any other NR users with me on this?

stick to trying to graduate from medical school... I'm still trying to graduate from my ma in counseling psychology.

I am with you though, the best I have seen is the xp skin by sonipa, however their site is pretty much gone... dunno if there are still some of his skins floating around or not.

Yeah, the blue XP one is what's on my screen right now. Sonipa's site is down, but it says it'll be back up at some point. We can hope...

it's strange, www.sonipa.net has been down only a few weeks, but if you check www.sonipa.com it has been *under construction* for months... dunno what's going on. I am fairly sure he works for a graphic design company, wonder if it's taking up more of his time than in the past.... who knows... all I know is that unless another skin has the same exact button configuration (e.g. datebook/clock for the calc, and mail/calculator for the find button) I will not be able to switch... love this one way too much.

This might be a stupid question, but how do you program the graffiti buttons? I know you can can program the Calc button to do something different, but the Find button?

A wise man once told me: there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers (one of our profs, apologizing for a sanctimonious answer he gave to a student's question)

There is a hack to re-map the Find button as well (I can't remember the name right now)

Hey - I'm in Norfolk VA, too!

Sweet...thanks for the info.

Vidge: We've made that connection before, a couple weeks ago! ;) In local news: I, for one, am sick of everywhere else in the world getting the winter storm(s) of the century, and ALL IT DOES HERE IS RAIN!!!
