I recently tried to set up a TH55 with Data Import/Export with a Windows 2000 (Pro) desktop machine. I installed Data Export on the desktop, rebooted, no problems. When I plugged in the TH55, opened Data Import and hit Connect, the desktop started the "configuring new hardware" process.
Then the desktop popped up a dialog asking for the location of USBSTOR.SYS. I eventually found it on my Windows 2000 CD, and pointed the dialog there. But it apparently doesn't like that particular version of USBSTOR.SYS, because it keeps asking for the same file. (I tried giving it both the original USBSTOR.SY_ as well as expanding the file manually and giving the dialog the full USBSTOR.SYS file - both get the same response.)
Has anyone else run into this?
Thanks,
Ethan
