Date Book synch problems

I've noticed that the Date Book is not synching... if Ilook under HotSynch / Custom in the Palm Desktop it does not appear on the list (although it does have Intellisynch Dates with Synchronize files set), and appointments are NOT updated.

Any suggestions?
