I am considering getting a phone of some sort that would be compatible with my clie (i.e. share data like contacts or whatever can be done). Does anyone know what phones can connect to the NX and exchange data as well as what data can be exchanged. Also, is it possible to receive emails using a phone?

In the meantime you can browse the wireless forum.

There are several ways to connect. Infrared, Bluetooth, and direct cable connection. I don't know all the particulars wiith models and such. I think what you want is doable.

I have a Nokia 6210/SL (GSM) that I used to use with my Clie 665 to connect to the Internet and do e-mail, sync Avantgo and WorldMate. But since upgrading to the NX70V, I can use the Nokia 6210/SL to connect to the cellular server, but the Clie E-Mail software will not connect to my servers for e-mail or Avantgo or WorldMate. I get online but I can't go anywhere. I think there is some software glitch with the Clie Connection Software that keeps it from working properly. Any ideas or help?

I've got the NX with a Sony Ericsson T68i that I use to connect to the Internet. So far, I've had no problems with anything. I get Internet access, email, sync and messenger all with no problems.
