I purchased a PEG-N610C from a fellow worker. For some reason the Clie will sink everywhere but on my machine. Even other clies will sink on my machine just fine. My cradle works, we've traded it out and checked it. I'm running a Dell C-640; 1ghz processor; 512mb ram; Win 2000 Pro. Everything looks as if it has downloaded okay, but when I try to sink up. My computer doesn't recognize the Clie. Also, we took my Clie to another machine and it sank just fine. Something isn't loaded. So, what files do I need so that this Clie will sink?

Sink and sank are things that boats do.... ;)

Have you tried reinstalling your 'sync' software?? Or maybe try using another USB port. Have you verified that they are working correctly?
