how to get rid of "sms"

Hey,

I can't seem to find the program SMS in my FileZ or McFile program, but I want to remove it.

Any ideas on why I can't seem to find certain apps in filemanagers?

you should see them in filez if you check the ROM box on the lower right.
but they're in ROM and you can't delete it. just like photostand, welcome, clie viewer, etc. i don't use any of those and ithey're taking up precious space.

It's in located in ROM.

You won't see it in either of the programs you mentioned unless you checked the show ROM boxes.

If it's in ROM, deleting the file won't increase your usable RAM/memory. And if the files won't show up on the launcher, it shouldn't even bother you, too :) (I hope I'm correct.)
