Slow Wireless?

Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone else notice slow internet speeds with the wifi card. I use my wifi card on 3 networks (apartment/campus/parents' house). Browsing the web through NetFront seems slow as 56k. Hotsyncing is slower than using the cradle. Is this normal?

If in Network Prefs, wireless, advanced, if the powersave on is checked, try unchecking it. Enabling power save has been known to drastically slow down the connection speed. WiFi HotSync for me is about the same, if not faster!

IMHO, NetFront is a dog too! Some need it's capabilities though.

Is the Eudora Internet Suite (http://www.eudora.com). I've used this before- I'm not sure how much better Netfront is, but it sure is a memory hog.

Try this, it helped for me. Disable NetFront cache. My NX70 ran much faster - then I set it back to 1500 and it didn't slow down again.
