They said the new stuff would start coming out with Cobalt OS round about the middle of May! So where's all the rumours and WHERE'S THE STUFF???!!!

"Palm OS 6 was delivered to licensees (palmOne, Sony, etc.) on January 6, 2004. However, palmOne and Sony continue to release new handhelds using Palm Garnet (OS 5). New Garnet models are expected through the Spring of 2004.
Based on this, it is likely that it will be Fall of 2004 before any Palm Cobalt (OS 6) devices are released."

I'm holding out for the next gen. I was considering a ux50 but I'm enjoying my nx80v so much, it's easy to wait. My Best Buy warranty is good for another 1.5 years, and I think my nx80v will start having "problems" when the OS6 Clie's are released. When that day comes, I will be selling my bluetooth memstick and my wifi CF card....

Why sony released the Th55 with OS 6 is still unknown. I wish they would have waited.

I have a feeling that they have something even better in store that they have waiting that will include Cobalt. In the past, the Tx series devices have been the mid-range, while Nx series devices have been the top end. With the price tag on the TH55, I'm gonna guess there will be an NX80 replacement with a $500 range price tag with Cobalt coming soon.

I really hope they do :). I am getting to the point of no return with buying a palm. Cobalt has been the most wanted OS yet. :)
