MMC Atlas

i got an atlas card for an old m505. Its mmc so i am uable to use it on my palm. i tried to copy the files using my usb reader but that does not work because some of the files are protected.
I would like to know if anybody knows how to take the files from my mmc card and put them on a mem stick, i was thinking of buying a sd/mmc-ms or cf but if there is an easier way i would like to just stick with that.

Try to remove the attributes from the files using some program like "MemCommander" or a Windows utility.
You might also try reading them from a Linux or other non-Windows system.
In most cases its actually a conflict in naming conventions, as the file names allowed in PalmOS differ from those specified in FAT16 for Windows (e.g. "*").
In that case, change the file name on a Palm device first, then copy the file to PC.
