does anyone know of any chinese OS addons for OS5?
the only one i know of is ChOS
http://www.waterworld.com.hk
but that only has pinyin input and bopomo, no stroke..
now i've never used any other apps (such as CJKOS) but im wondering how this compares to it.. should i register this or should i wait for an OS5 version of CJKOS?
also, any ill effects from using categories, OS internal information, etc.... that is in chinese?

CJKOS has released version 4.5 that supports PalmOS 5, and so does HandDragon ver. 3.6 (aka PalmDragon).
I prefer these two over ChOS because of its lack of functions, and ChOS is not stable when compared to the other two.

I thought CJKOS 4.5 is still in beta and hasn't been officially released yet. Couldn't find anything regarding 4.5 on the website.
PalmDragon does support OS5. And from what I've heard it works pretty well.
CJK OS isn't ready yet. HandDragon has official released version 3.6. It include GoGoPen for handwriting. Though HD still has some minor bugs, it'll fit what you need.
You can also try PenPower for Palm. It's a full screen handwritting program.
HandDragon can be found on:

PenPower can be found on:

XP has built-in support of Chinese (as well as many other languages). You need to change your language setting in the control panel. Can't remember exactly where since I don't use XP. Changed it for my girlfriend a while back so I do know the option exists.

Try this one to get HD36. It's not in the download page but in the main page.

Sideway is right. You can change the language preference in the control panel to set the default language as Chinese. It won't hurt any of your current applications but just add Chinese support (including IME). I use English version XP too. It works perfectly well.

You might want to visit the forum at PALMisLIFE (www.palmislife.com). You can find out more about PalmDragon there.

Try this one:

They have both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese versions.

on my palm, i am running HD 3.6 (without hand-writting recognition)with PenPower 2.0I. They fits great! since HD 3.6 has the best looking fonts ever! If without the hand-writting recognition, i think even the program expires, you dun have to register.

I just upgraded to OS 5 and I was using CJKOS with DragonPen, but DP doesn't seem to work. :(
I'm learning chinese and can't read the websites for HandDragon or PenPower.
Are there english instructions for either? What's up with Decuma?
Thanks
