I just bought a NX60 and I was trying to make it sync with my pc running Win 98. Before I did all this, I called Sony to check the proper way. The guy said uninstall the old desktop and install the desktop that came with the NX60. I uninstalled and installed the desktop from the new cd. The NX60 syncs with the pc but now when I sync with the t415, win 98 says it is a new hardware and is asking for a file. Where do I get this file? I told it to look in the new cd that came with the NX60 but the program did not find it there. Any ideas on where I can find this driver?
I also have a Visor and I get the same message.
I called sony support and they were definitely worthless. I don't know if I'll deal with them again.
