Alright, i have been reading A LOT of reviews and specs on the NX80v. Each of them say different things about the Internal Memory. I have read that 32MB is available to the user, 16MB out of 32MB is useable, and 26 or 24MB out of 32MB is useable. I am confused! SOMEONE HELP! I am still going to get the NX80 either way, it would just be nice to know if i get MORE than 16MB. I have heard though, if you use JACKSPRAT, you can play around with the UN-UNSEABLE memory. Is this true?

THANKS!!!

Jackflash is the program you need. It adds over 15 megs of usable memory. The only problem is that the memory should only be used for apps and not databases. It is still a "must have" program.

With JF you end up with a total of about 31.5mb.

Does it become unstable if there are DB Files in there? What about the memory??? Is it 32MB, 24MB, or 16MB available. I assume it is only 16 available since "AK" said JackFlash will open up 15MB...but just making sure. What is everyone else doing to open up the unuseable memory?

16mb usable ram + 15.5mb JF= 31.5mb

JackFlash works well with any read only files (eg. I have maps in there even though they are DBs).

If you need more space use ZLauncher (or power run but zl is cheaper and better) to move stuff to the memory stick.
