hi, is there a remote control option for the nr70v, to use with TV's and VCRs? if not, would i be able to download a program that has these features? thanks

Yes! A program called "Clie RMC" should be on the CD that came with your clie. Run the CD, click on "Install Clie Add-On Applacations", then click on "Clie Add-on" and check the "Clie Remote Commander" box.
