Transfering files to BT or WiFi laptop?

So I my friend just got a powerbook. It has Bluetooth and WiFi. What would be the best way and HOW would I transfer files to him wirelessly? I'm not sure how to do it on a PC and I'm definently even more clueless on a Mac. Any help?

You can try SmbMate (free). It allows you to transfer any file to / from your UX to / from the PC via BT or Wi-Fi.
