Graffiti Anywhere opinions

Has anyone encountered problems using Graffiti Anywhere? How does it appear to delivered VG?

I love this program. Occasionally, I encounter apps that collapse the grafitti area to make use of the full screen. I use the back button and turn it on, and I'm back to using grafitti. Very nice app!!!!

I use it and its very useful when you want to keep the VG minimized.

I've been using it for a while, it is a very cool app. It makes it easier to use vg enabled apps that need input.

I've seen a few problems with it, but it may just be how I'm using the program. Sometimes when I'm writing in the area that the apps and menu button would be if the VG were up, then McPhling activates. Other times, if I write big, I activate the graffiti help by accident (you know, when you drag your stylus from top to bottom.) It's a great program otherwise. And high-resolution graffiti echo would be nice, like the VG area has.

Yeah, it only does low-res at the moment doesn't it?

The only thing that I have trouble with it is when I try to adjust sliders like the brightness dialog and the volume adjustments, insted of dragging the slider, it just draws a line. No big deal as it's easy to deactivate it, but I always forget and it adds a few steps to adjusting the volume. Other than that, the app runs great.

Just loaded it to try...is it better for Clies than NewPen?

I've been using it for about a week now, and really like it. I tried NewPen out, and like GA better. Part of that might be that I've changed from activation using a "tap" to using the jog button, which makes it easier to select where you want to write. It's fast, accurate, and works just as well as the VG area. Now, if only MiddleCapsHack worked with it...

I started with NewPen and tried Graffiti Anywhere and GA wins by far. The hard button to activate vs. tapping on box, I like it better. Also the functionality of GA is better... Both are free and it's simple to install and uninstall...you make the decion.
