I have the Clie SJ-33 and a Cingular Wireless Motorola V400 phone. I also have a Sony Ericsson T616 with infrared. I have unlimited circuit-switch data (pay by the minute to surf) and unlimited high-speed GPRS through Cingular Wireless, so the data portion is set. I use my V400 & T616 right now to dial up thru my laptop and it works excellent. My V400 doesn't have infrared, however, so i am wondering what I might need to make this work. Even if I can only connect through my Sony Ericsson T616 infrared/bluetooth phone that would be great. I am just finding that lately I am out and about and can't haul my laptop everywhere with me. Can someone please help me with what I might need to install into my SJ-33 to make internet work on it and if there is anything for the Motorola V400 that I can plug directly into the SJ-33 to dial up or if I can just use the T616 infrared/bluetooth phone? I am pretty knowledgable on computer and phone stuff because I sell wireless service & build/repair computers, but I don't know as much about PDA's - I am still learning. I like my SJ-33, so I am trying to avoid buying new PDA if I can help it. Thanks!
