TimeCopy (http://vons.free.fr/palm/)

I can recommend TimeCopy as a Mac friendly utility and conduit that can be used to keep your CLIE's clock in sync with your Mac, and if your Mac Date & Time System Preference are set to get the current time from the internet, then each time you sync your CLIE, its clock will be corrected to the current time.
I've been using it for about 2 years, and it has never failed. There are conduits for both Mac OS and Mac OS X.
