Palm Database Files

I downloaded a "Palm Database File" and I can't figure out how to use it on my NR70V. I can get it on the memory stick, but when I try and copy it to the PDA it says that it's not a valid format. I downloaded a different Palm Database File and I was able to get that copied onto the PDA but i can't figure out how to access it. I need help.

What is it exactly? Apparently it's not a .prc or .pdb file. Those are the main two file types to install programs or databases. If it is a .pdb file, you will probably have to get the program that will read it.
