hello.
is there any way to open the images taken with my canon eos 300d directly with my th55?
can i connect the eos 300d directly to my th55 (perhaps with an special usb cable) and mount the card with any software?!
is there an adaptor for CF cards available?
thanks for every hint!

The short answer is no, the long answer is no. There is no USB port on the TH55, only a port for syncing to a computer via a computer USB interface. If you were able to overcome the hardware issues, there would still be the problems of having software drivers for the interface and the CF card, and the information for writing those is proprietary Sony information. The NX73/80 ran into this problem, in that they had a CF slot but only for the Sony WiFi card. There was an independent company that wrote drivers for using CF cards for general purposes, but it never really worked that well. Bottom line is Sony products really aren't meant to work with any memory expansion card except memory sticks.

I got a SD --> CF adapter, which is a CF card with a hole for a SD card. I don't know whether something like that exists for Memorysticks, so you can actually use memory sticks in your canon.

perhaps i find another device to copy the images from the cf card to the ms...
there should be some mobile-harddrives with that option...

I think you mean the NX70/60 had the crippled CF slot, where the NX80/73 could read other data without 3rd party drivers. I think.... Not meant as a slam.
