I know this isn't a Clie related question, but I've decided to start stocking up on bluetooth devices so that my future bluetooth Clie will fit right in. Also, the users here seem to be the most knowledgeable... :)

I'm looking at a Jabra bluetooth headset (for my Ericsson cell phone) and several different PC USB Bluetooth Dongles.

I'm wondering if the bluetooth headset can be used with my PC as a headset/microphone combo...

If that works, does anyone know if I would be able to use telephony software with the headset, using a voice modem, and use the headset to hold telephone conversations?

Sounds like a pipe dream, but I imagine that someone here must've tried it.

good to see a useful thread made it through the db crash. As for BT. All bluetooth talk to each other to see if they have anything to exchange. Keeps printers from trying to use phones and so forth. The thread talks about BT using digital signals while you pc mic/audio is analog. Check it out.
