Hi all!

Well I have used my BB warrenty to it's fullest potential. Over almost three years, I had three CLIE and one Palm. Well my Palm broke which is fine by me because I really did not like the palms compared to the CLIE.

I was kinda bummed because I wanted the TH55, but BB is only carrying the TJ37 and down. So I thought I would have to settle which was fine, since a TJ37 is still fine. But, I really wanted virtual graffiti.

So, when my T1 broke, I went to BB who gave me a really hard time about the fact I now had a Palm, but we called the warrenty people and I had to go to the store twice, but it seemed to get all straigten out.

Then it seemed they could not give me a store credit to use at bb.com. So, after 2 years and 8 months and 4 PDAs, they gave me my money back on my credit card. I could not believe it.

Drove, a mile down the street and picked up a TH55 at Circut City and another 3 year warrenty. Plus, a $40 dollar store credit as the weekly PDA special.

Anyway, I'm, still amazed. Best $60 I ever spent was on this warrenty. I hope CC is as good.

Cheers,

Beth

Yes, it's is pretty amazing.

Yes, the BB warrenty is an amazing program. I started with a Sony 760 a few years ago and now have a Th55. Getting a new PDa every 8 months is just awesome.

I'm still shocked they gave me my money back.

Well, you know all of my PDA's actually broke, at this rate, I'll be read for a new one by next winter.

Cheers,

Beth

Well We don`t get such luck out here. Yes we can buy the extanted service type stuff. But it does not always mean we can get the newest models possible and if the old unit is fixable. I miss the usa for these types of things.
