Movies on the mac

Is there something that will output .mqvs for the mac, kinoma is fine, but i prefer the .mqvs, however image converter is Pee Cee only :(

Same problem, hate having to convert the files on a pc

Quicktime Pro probably does this, but who really wants to pay for it? And you'd have to find the right codecs.

Actualy Quicktime pro does not do that.

I've been looking for codecs and/or specific settings for a month now and have found none that I am aware of. I have tried about 30 different QT Pro 6 setting within the program itself and the Clie is not able to play any converted movies I transfer to it from the Mac. So.... I end up going to my PC and converting it there. If anyone has any success, please post a reply.
