4bit megalauncher skins

I currently own an sl10 and would like to use megalauncher, but it is hard to find good gray themes. I have found one called HiGray that is pretty cool, but it is 8bit. Could somebody please convert this skin for me. I don't have the first clue to do it myself. Any help would be appreciated.
