Legacy: help with Tower lvl 1!...please!!!

Hello PDA Pals!

I am super stuck on the first floor of the tower.
I haven't touched the game for the past two weeks now.

I've searched the whole floor.
I can't get to the gates with the holes in front of them.
Is there a way to shut them so I can get across?

Plus there are some lines in the walls on my map.
I assume accessing those will help me through the floor.
But I don't know how to get to them.

I don't see any switches that I've missed, and I hit the wall around the lines on the map.
Super help me please!

I think i can help. Are you where a sign says fire or ice guardian? if so just go to the sign and turn right. take about 2 steps forword and turn right again. face the wall and tap on it a stone should move. Right after that is done, go to the teleporter and do it for the other element guardian sign. the permenant hole will be gone, but the flashing one will still be there, so time your steps.
