How to transfer from OS 3.5.2 to OS 5 ?

I'd like to upgrade from a Visor Neo to one of the OS 5's. Is there an easy way to transfer everything I have on the Visor to the Clie or T? My main apps. have upgrades for OS 5. I'd like it to be as easy as syncing one last time to the old desk top and then doing the initial sync with the OS 5 unit with desk top overriding handheld.

Can it be done and how do I do it?
