I'm thinking of selling my NX70V and getting a TH55. I'd like something a little smaller and lighter. I don't ever use the keyboard on the NX70. I welcome your comments/suggestions!

Thanks.

I did the same thing. I had an NX73 for a while & then got sick of having the flip/fold thing to deal w/. Plus I never liked the way the camera worked (spinning that little wheel around). I'm enjoying the TH55 very much. I haven't noticed any slowdown whatsoever, though I haven't done much document or spreadsheet editing lately.

I do wish the there were a program that reminded you when the lense cover was open (besides, GoGo).

I also have lost some of the Solaris cache (I really enjoyed seeing my toy up on the big screen).

Remember- you can sell your NX on ebay & recoup some of the outlay for the TH.

A-

I took the plunge and ordered a TH55 from Dell. Looks like they're out of stock a the moment though. I'm hoping the TH55 is much less bulky than the NX70V. I do plan to sell the NX on Ebay. Thanks for the reminder though.

I couldn't wait for Dell. It could take a month or more for them to get one to you. I went with www.newegg.com for $366. They have them in stock (last I checked). If you look a bit, you can find them even cheaper. Don't know if that applies to you, but it's nice to know there's options. BTW, good luck with the TH55. I had a NX70V before and I'm hoping I won't notice much of a performance loss. I should find out when I get mine Wednesday. Wednesday isn't coming fast enough...

I just got mine from office depot. They are offering a $100 mail in rebate with a pda more $299. Anyone looking for it check it out. Call before you go to the store. Now I just need some good freeware for the clie.

I've the same thought of upgrading my NX70V to TH55. Is there any popular s/w for NX but are not supported in TH55 at this moment?
