Trusync/Outlook 2003/TH55

I am wondering if anyone is usig the Trusync with Outlook 2003 to sync palm desktop, TH55 and Outlook 2003. I am getting a message to the effect that " A program is trying to access your e-mial address........" while I sync. This is casuing a problem because I have to say yes it's ok to let PDA read the outlook address book and I have to be at my desktop, if I am at doing the Wi-Fi sync, it will hang for a long time and disconnects....

Any Ideas how to fix this problem?
