Sync problems with Home addresses in Outlook

I have just bought an NX70V and found that any contacts in my Outlook XP with "Home" addresses (as opposed to a "Business" address) do not show up in my Clie. The name, contact numbers, email and City appear but not the actual address line. I was running a T625 previously without any problems. The Clie Helpdesk has told me that with the NX70V, the software only reads the Business address in Outlook and they are investigating a way around my problem. This seems a pretty basic cock-up on Sony's part and I cannot be the first to experience it. Tweaking the Field Mappings in Intellisync won't help as this only gives the option of linking to Business or Home addresses so I can only get one or the other. Help!!

Assuming you are using Intellisync Lite ...

I had the same problem. And you can tweak Intellisync to do the right thing -- set the address mappings to the MAILING address fiellds instead of the BUSINESS address ones, and you should be all set.

Make sure that whichever address you want to pull over from Outlook has the "This is the mailing address" checkbox checked.
