can't see cliesource on NF 3.1?

Instead of the cliesource home page, i get some classified listings. I tried clearing NF cache, but no help...

Any suggestions?

I have another problem with NF 3.1. I can load up an individual web site once, but when i try to load the same page again, i get an invalid network settings error.
anybody ever seen this one before?
