Dude, I'm not a best buy sales rep. Just trying to help out fellow UX'ers get a good deal. Check Comp USA or Best Buys website if you are interested in cameras, etc.

Dude,
No need to be rude.
I need to buy a camera today or tomorrow, and I don't have access to tomorrow's flyers - they are not on the web until tomorrow. I don't want to get screwed (imagine if I bought a ux40 today at compusa for $400).
I was just asking for a favor. This is something we often do on a community board - share information with each other out of a sense of community and common interest.

Was the UX 50 on sale too?

The UX-40 is on sale because it has been discontinued. No one carries it anymore, not even Sonystyle.com

I believe that CompUSA had a price match policy. If you buy something, and they drop the price within a certain number of days, I think it is 15 days, you bring your recipt in and they will price match it for the current lower price. I have done that with software before, and once with a printer. So go get it today, and get the lower price tomorrow.

I was looking for the UX-40 before I went with the TH-55 and no one had it in stock. A Compusa store said that they did not have it in stock but I asked him to check their computer and they had a couple in stock. He was shocked that they still had them. I think it will be very hard to find one anywhere.
