No device only supporting FAT16 can make use of more than 2 GB!

you could always "partition" the drive into 6 2gb sections

With a pc, maybe, but you would not be able to use it in any FAT16 only palm device, as they can't handle multiple partitions. So in a cliesource forum my answer is correct ;)

There is always away, you just need to hack PalmOS 5 to support FAT32 ;)
And if you accomplished that, please write a tutorial with all the needed tools/software so anyone can do it too ;)

And in real, forget it, buy 6 2Gig cards and be happy ;)

OK, I just love saying that, I don't know why. I remember when the 512 Mb modules for macintosh were like $1500. People still bought them, God only know why but hey, some people got the bucks, let 'em spend it. My brother just bought a hole in the water into which great sums of money can now be poured (a boat). Ticket price: $21,000. For a fricking boat! And he only makes around $40K a year american. (what is that in Euros now? Like 25 cents?)

For $21,000 i could have bought a couple of cf cards. Sheeesh!
