My TG50 coundn't play video longer than 5 minutes. Longer movies can be converted but when I play them, they just jump to the next one.Can anyone suggest a solution?

You're using Sony's MoviePlayer, correct?
Possibility 1
One thing that I can suggest is to make sure that the file you converted is copied fully over to the memory stick. Don't remove the TG50 from your cradle until there is absolutely no memory stick activity. Truncated or corrupted movie files are not handled well I find.
Also make sure that you have enough room on your memory stick for the movie.
You can also try converting the movie and saving it hard disk instead of the memory stick. After the conversion, you can then copy the file over via Windows Explorer or whatever other method you choose.
Possibility 2
Certain types of video files will appear to convert fine, but due to the audio compression they use, MoviePlayer will actually output an unusable file. I experienced this problem when converting movies using the AC3 audio codec I believe. The movie would convert, but when I tried to play it, it would just jump to the end.
So, your problem is most likely the latter. In this case, you would want to convert your movies to a different format on your computer that is known to work well with Image Converter. And after doing this, run them through Image Converter again. The MPEG1 format is always a safe route.
Good luck with it!
