Hello everybody :) I have a Q to U all, currently I'm planning to buy a memory stick for my new TH55. But I can't decied either to go for Memory stick DUO or Memory stick Pro. My main use after this will be to put atrac3plus & install some apps inside. My main concern is to use atrac3plus (becourse I have heard that atarc3plus can be use inside normal memory stick). TQ 4 U all idea.

Greetings!

If you are planning on buying future Sony products, I can't stress this enough: BUY THE DUO.

I bought about 15 normal memory sticks and memory stick Pro sticks, then bought a DSC-T1 digital camera. I was VERY upset with myself for not seeing the miniaturization factor coming around the corner. If they keep improving Clie devices and adding more features, they will need all the room they can get. DUO is the memory stick of the future, don't be left in the past when it arrives just to save a few dollars now.

Best wishes,
Bawko

ReiNichi,

I have just posted a "Memory Stick Tutorial" thread in the General forum, here:

It will answer your question.

Best wishes,
Bawko

Speaking of Duo's. I found the duo adapter very difficult to insert into the TH55, anyone else have the same problem?

MS Duo or MS Duo Pro will lead the market in future and replace all MS. Reported and predicted in one of the IT magazines.

yes, it's bit more difficult to remove it without detaching the Duo from the adaptor. Just have to grab onto the edges tightly. I've gotten use to it.

Sometimes too many choices just make us more confuse!!

Confusion will be clear in 5 years time as it will left with MS Duo Pro and MS Pro only.
