At present I can not bring in any mail at all to my NX during HotSync.
The only thing that looks strange is in my ClieMail HotSync settings the "Defaul Profile" is blank and there are no Profiles in the list to choose from.
Other than that I THINK the rest of my settings are correct.
Help anyone?

I believe you have to have at least one profile, otherwise what would it sync to?
I have three, Outllook Express, Outlook, and Eudoro.
Did you try and reinstall Clie Mail?

When you say you have three aren't they the "Mail Systems"? And yes I have tried to reinstall ClieMail but I still have no values for my Profile list.
Thanks for your help though!

What mail application are you trying to sync with then?
What I listed were 3 mail applications that I can choose to sync with. I ask questions, even if I can't answer, someone else coming along may.

Okay, what do you mean by profile list?

Right-click the HotSync manager icon and select "Custom..."
Double-click "ClieMail".
The last setting in this dialog box is "Profile" and it states that a "Default Profile is needed". However for me there is no Profile to select. My Profile list is empty and I think that is why I can not sync ClieMail to Outlook.

I looked and I don't see that, all I have is the mail application. I am using the newer Palm desktop ver 4.1. The one that comes with the Clie is v4.01.
Are you using intellisync? I am not, maybe that's the difference?

Yes I'm using intellisync. Maybe I'll try what you are using.
Thanks again

Okay, sorry for the confusion. I don't use Clie Mail to sync with my desktop. I use Clie Mail strictly WiFi and leave messages on the the server. I only use Outlook Express and the Palm Desktop as my needs are simple. It's been so long that I had messed with intellisync, that I can be of no help, except, it just occured to me that you may have to create a profile in Outlook itself first, but I wouldn't swear to it:D!
I have that memory disease called CRS...

You have to go into Control Panel and click on the Mail Icon, then select profile. I found this by searching the help in Outlook.
Have fun!

See my other post, go into Control Panel and select the Mail Icon and then click on create profile.

I also remember now, when you first run Outlook, it normally walks you through creating a profile. I just needed to jog the gray matter some:D!
Could anyone help me on finding the CLIEmail conduit program. I don't have it, but i want it to sync my outlook with cliemail. The links on other threads are dead, so please don't send me there......
