t665C dead

Went to use my T665C at work the other day and it was dead, interestingly though it received a full charge the night before. Tried soft and hard resets, no luck. The green power button is on and the orange light to the memory stick is on as well. Called SONY, sending me a prepaid ups shipping box. Anyone else experience this porblem?

Is the hold button on? That's the most common event causing this problem.
