Hot Sync auto installing applications??!!

Hello all.
Got a serious problem in which during each hot sync, an application is being installed. Dont know what application or why. It's killing all my memory. Can anyone help me. Thanks.

Watch your next sync and look for the app's name on the PDA (the PDA's HotSync program displays the name of what's being synced while it's syncing it). Then, tell us the name of the misbehaving app ...
