Its got an arial view, pretty nice graffics and sounds, not hi-res yet, but shows potential. Check it out!

Ah yes, Astraware's GTS, as soon as it becomes hi-res and sony sounds enhanced, I will buy it.

But this game is totally different. Its a racing game with a different view, in fact it's really growing on me, GTS gets sorta boring for me...(well i'm only running the trial period thats why... heheh)

agreed... there's times when you want GTS style and times you want the toy racers... they're both racing but different style of fun =D

Both are racing games. Toy Racer is simply a Micro Machne clone (and even one of the better ones) and GTS looks like the SNES mode 7 racers.
Both are really fine and HiRes or not wont matter, cause both are fun to play. HiRes and Sony sound would only enhance graphics/sound not gameplay.
Its kewl that three kewl artcade like games were released during the last few days.

Toy Races' handling is garbage.

MD Soccer's control leaves much to be desired, as well.

mashoutposse, handling is perfect. Redirect keys to left/right at calender/address button and brake/acceleration at list/memo button and the game is perfectly playable.
If you mean the fact, that the cars sliding out of curves when they are too fast ... thats the whole point of Micro Machines !!!! That you learn the courses and brake at the corrects pots.

I thought I'd Try Toy Racer on my t-615 (just for a laugh) Boy was it slow! It was like racing with snails through molasses! I guess I'll have to stick with 'car' by c. campoluongo. (think I downloaded it from Yahoo! mobile), and put this on my wife's NR...

You have to run it with HiRes assist off, or it runs like a dog with bricks tied to its head. With HiRes assist off, Toy Races soars.
