Plucker - help!

OK.  I've heard all kinds of good things on this board about Plucker, so I tried it (for the second time) and am still unable to figure out how to get content to my SJ30.  I am able to get the user guide, but I can't figure out the parser, the channel thingy, etc.  I tried a test channel, which spidered on a web site, but it didn't download to my Clie.

I need an Idiot's Guide to Plucker!

Maybe you've already tried this. For what it's worth:

Click on the Hotsynch icon on the bottom right of your screen.

Choose Custom.

Select Plucker from the list and click Change.

Then select "Desktop Overwrites Handheld."

Now try hotsynching.
