To Do List Reminders

Are there any hacks or programs that will allow me to place alarms to to do list items? I don't necessarily want to replace the built in to do list.

Agendus and ToDo+ are two apps that you can add alarms to ToDo's there are others as well. Do a search at PalmGear. My biggest complaint about the default apps is there is not syncing of Outlook Task alarms to the default ToDo database. All replacement apps use this database.
